What services do you offer?
Photography, more specifically, stills photography. I realize in this day and age video plays a prominent role in how we view content, and it absolutely has its place, but I believe there's something magical about an image that stands alone. In the fast paced world we live in, taking the time to view an image that has captured a moment in time, provides the viewer the opportunity to take pause and appreciate the minute details that only a still image can offer. Every time one looks at an image, their thoughts, feelings, and emotions are all part of the experience. Much like admiring a great painting in a museum, the photography still, in my opinion, is a work of art. If video is needed along with stills, I strongly suggest hiring a videographer to work in tandem with a photographer to capture the best of both mediums.
What is your rate?
I keep this part as simple as possible...my rate is $200. This includes up to 2 hours on-site which I've found covers most sets. Every hour beyond that is at $100/hr. Also included is communicating with you prior to the day of your event to iron out any details/special request shots (ie...backstage shots, informal band/actor portraits, fan shots, etc.), as well as arriving early to discuss any last minute details. This rate also includes the fully edited images delivered in Hi-Res format, within 48 hours, with a license to use the images for all types of digital marketing (website, social media, etc.). If interested in a license to use the images for merchandising or another form of usage not mentioned above, please contact me by email at phmatt72@gmail.com.

What is your availability?
My schedule is fairly flexible, and I do my best to accommodate whatever date(s) you may be interested in working together on.

What is your turnaround time from shoot to delivery?
Typically within 48 hours or less. The images I create take hours of editing. I pride myself on delivering images that have a unique look to them. My wife describes them as having a Norman Rockwell style (which I absolutely love!). Of course, as with any genre of photography, it all comes down to the light. The better the lighting in a location or venue, the better the images I can make, but I always do my best with what I have to work with.

Do I (the band or artist), own the images?
No, I retain copyright of my work. I am happy to work out any type of license you may need based on how you would like to use the images (ie...marketing, print, merch, etc.). My standard rate of $200 + 3 passes, includes the fully edited images delivered in Hi-Res format, within 48 hours, with an extended 12-month license to use the images for all types of digital marketing (ie...website, social media, etc.). If interested in a license to use the images for merchandising or another form of usage not mentioned above, please contact me by email at phmatt72@gmail.com.
